Saul's analysis is informational only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Contract analysis involves judgment calls, and outcomes vary by jurisdiction, specific facts, and applicable law. Always consult a qualified lawyer before making binding legal decisions.
You may use Saul to analyze contracts you have a legitimate interest in — contracts you are asked to sign, contracts relevant to your business, or public-facing terms you want to understand. You may not use Saul to analyze contracts you do not have rights to, for competitive intelligence harmful to other parties, or to generate spam or misleading content.
Uploaded files are processed for analysis and may be stored temporarily. We do not use your contract content to train AI models. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your contracts — we never claim ownership over any content you upload.
While we strive for high accuracy, contract analysis involves interpreting language, jurisdiction-specific law, and context that AI may not fully capture. Risk scores and suggestions are starting points — not guarantees. Use your judgment and seek professional advice for important decisions.
Free tier includes limited analyses per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are at our discretion for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saul AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service — including decisions made based on our analysis. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
